New - Portuguese and Romanian Interface
Operations1 is now available in Portuguese and Romanian. Operators can use the entire interface, including navigation, buttons, and messages, in their own language. The new language option is clearly separated from the existing Portuguese document language.
This removes the need to switch between a translated document and an interface in a foreign language. This particularly helps operators with limited foreign language skills in their daily work.
New - Role Assignment via Authentication Providers
Administrators can now define how roles are assigned in the configuration of each authentication provider. The options are a fixed role, the role from the login process, or an individual value from the login process. The options from the login process require additional settings.
Role assignment can be freely combined with group assignment. This makes access management more flexible, especially when multiple authentication providers are used.
Changed - Improved Functions
Clearer Review Status in the Document Table: The "Version" column is now called "Active Version". The new statuses "Declined" and "Published" show the review state more clearly. Reasons for rejection can be viewed in the review details of declined documents by clicking on the status icon.
Optimized Page Breaks in Report PDFs: Interactions no longer break directly after the key. This creates a calmer and more professional layout.
Extended Pictogram Library: The pictogram "Asphyxiating atmosphere" (ISO 7010 W041) is now available. It is suitable for clearly visible safety notices within work steps.
Fixed - Functional Impairments Corrected
Embedded PDFs in Documents: On older touch displays with certain Chrome versions, embedded PDFs were only shown as a gray area when a document was opened for the first time. They are now displayed directly. Documents no longer need to be reopened.
Qualifications in PDF Reports: Required qualifications are displayed again in PDF reports. This allows proof that qualified personnel performed the task, including for third parties.
Video Recording in the iPad App on iOS 27: The camera controls remain visible during recording, and videos can be stopped and saved again. This allows reliable video documentation on iPads.
DMC Code Recognition on Android: DMC code recognition in the Android app has been improved. Codes can now be captured faster and more reliably.
Interaction Names in Table cell interaction: Newly added table rows adopt the column name as the interaction name. This name is taken in all exports to clearly identify the interactions
